Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and versatile IT Officer (Programming/Networking) to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining software applications, managing network infrastructure, and ensuring the overall efficiency and security of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
Programming & Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain in-house applications and databases.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with teams to customize systems that meet business needs.
- Document technical processes and provide user support for applications.
Networking & System Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system security.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT resources.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in programming and/or networking roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, PHP).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and VPN.
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, SQL Server) and cloud services.
- Good command of English and Thai (both written and spoken).
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
